The complaint says Ailes lives in Cresskill, which explains why it was filed in Bergen County. He also has a New York residence.

Gretchen Carlson's husband is the agent for Derek Jeter and some other baseball stars.

Gabriel Sherman is reporting that the Murdochs have decided to let Roger Ailes go and are just deciding on the particulars.

It's interesting that the Paul, Weiss investigation apparently focuses in on the wave of supportive statements that Ailes has received from current FNC workers.
