Brussels Erupts

MSNBC:   Don't look now, but at Place de la Bourse,rioting seems to be held off with a standoff and containment by police of skinheads in black. "Soccer hooligans and thugs and fascists," expressing the disarray triggered by  Isis. This skinhead assault came to the place where mourners were coming to pay their respects.

Jansing et al by the way, say Europeans on the whole seem to be following American politics, "especially Republican politics."

Europe led in this.  It has been going on a long time there. It is the US that is playing catch up (in a bad way). 

if only they had a real reason to riot, like Donald Trump.

It was reported that the citizens of Brussels are following the American primaries very closely, especially the Republican ones.

The average person in Belgium follows US politics about as much as the average American follows  Belgium politics (which is quite chaotic).
