Biden’s (Presidential) Bucket List

Well, for better or for worse, Joe Biden will no longer be president as of next January 20. Given that fact, and that the Supreme Court has pretty much decided that presidents can do whatever the hell they want, is there anything you’d like to put on a list For Mr. Biden to do between now and that time?

In a different thread, we brought up pardoning Hunter. So we have our first item.

It seems to me that there is enough evidence that Donald Trump has committed some pretty awful crimes, bordering on treasonous. Maybe he just needs to be rounded up and shipped off to some extra judicial holding facility like Guantánamo Bay. I imagine it would only take at most a year for the courts to sort out whether that was legal or not, and as stated before, presumably President Biden could not be held criminally liable since it was an act undertaken as president.

OK, I was not for this in the past but if this is Presidential Game of Thrones I am now ready for:

Expand the Supreme Court, no support from Congress needed. Forget the vetting process, the last three blatantly lied about precedence with regard to Roe so just chose and anoint.

Crown Kamala.

She gets to pick her successor.

That's a very divisive platform. We'll never get agreement on whether durian's are awesome or if they should illegal.

Senator Markey was just on with Jen Psaki discussing expanding the Supreme Court. He's convinced VP Harris can make sound arguments and elaborated on some of their recent decisions, not to mention the ethics scandals. Earlier MSNBC was citing Fox polls about the Court. Most polled were for term limits, I think I saw 18 years, there was dissatisfaction with the Presidential immunity deal as well. 

So, a more serious look at my earlier suggestions about expanding the court.
