Like Lucy teeing up the football the talk-show-and-punditry circus breathlessly reports the latest overblown scandal. And like Charlie Brown, when the time comes for the story to go flying through the uprights reality snatches the ball away
So here's Lucy again -- this time it's the Clinton Foundation. Oh dear! Palpitations! A subpoena!
As for tax cuts, from Ronald Reagan and David Stockman all the way up through Marco Rubio and Paul Ryan, the plutocrat class has been promising the budget hawks that yes! this time cut our taxes and a thousand brazillion flowers of entrepreneurship and unicorns will bring such incredible growth we'll be able to balance the budget in twenty years. Exclamation mark.
And they keep taking the bait, even though they themselves stand to gain maybe $600 in a good year. That's not nearly enough to buy a pony these days, but it's pocket change for the class that's financing the whole propaganda blitz. They of course will score millions.

There is no question she lied about the handling of her e-mails.
There is no question she had top secret documents on her unsecure server
There is no question they were there two years after they should have been turned in and no question she failed to sign the separation form required which said she had turned them in. Had she done so she would have committed a felony.
I posted an article spelling out 8 instances claiming she broke the law. Even if only one is true she
committed a crime.

The idea that the Obama Justice Department is going to initiate a criminal prosecution against Hillary Clinton is to me a total fantasy.

Did you read my post just prior to yours? So far no one has refuted my statements.
The JD will not even be involved unless the FBI recommends prosecution. Does anyone think the FBI under Comey favors either one?

If Trump is the Republican nominee and Clinton the Democratic nominee how many who would otherwise vote Democratic would vote for Trump over Clinton no matter what she did?

I can't agree with you. As I see it, the vast right wing conspiracy is an effort to keep her out of office, and without discussing methods employed that is an appropriate goal for them. In combatting this conspiracy in this manner she gave them more than they could have hoped for. At the very least, it is HORRIBLE judgement on her part.
