Storm related recycling

So, the township sends me a cautionary bulletin not to set out my recycling before 5 AM for today.  I comply, and before I can even get dressed this morning, the truck wizzes by three quarters of an hour before usual.  I guess lots of other people did not put out recycling in the storm last night, and the pickup people found it easy to get through speedily.  Next time they will have a double load.  Nuts.   I wonder who planned this.

Wind advisory is probably responsible.  DPW did not want the streets to be strewn with comingled recycling this morning.  I am not in section 5 or 6 and I still found items in the street when I went for a walk this morning,  Have you tried calling Basso to see if they will come back?
