Go see this concert. Not often do we get to hear this kind of music. It is powerful and joyful and delightful. Our fellow Maplewoodian Stephane Wrembrel is an outstanding musician, and we should take advantage of this offering while it is here!
You all must run, not walk to these shows. What a great happening in our town. Thank you Stephanie, Andrew and all. Tuesday was terrific.
There's a rumor floating around that Al Di Meola and Stochello Rosenberg may be sitting with tonight's show (Thursday)!
Agreed. The above rumor occurred as well. What a wonderful event. Thanks to the organizers!
Stefan and his band are amazing!
I first knew him as the classical guitarist who lived downstairs from me, until Jamie introduced me to his full band through the "Down Under" Concert Series. Have seen him whenever possible since then.
Had the unbelievable good luck to be wandering in Jack London Square in Oakland, CA almost exactly a year ago and stumbled upon a marquee that said he'd be performing that night!. Bought a ticket immediately. Got to see him in a supper club from the front row and to chat with him after the show.
I'd heard he was going to be at Carnegie Hall, but nothing about the Woodland."Camp" until today.
Will try to catch the Gypsy Jazz Jam on Sunday -- a perfect "happy birthday" treat to myself.
GO! You won't be sorry. Stefan is a Maplewood treasure...

Saw the first Django A Gogo concert last night at the Woodland. Fantastic. Highly recommend. There is another concert tonight at 8 pm -- plus all week. I might try to catch another performance.
