Sooty Smell?

I have been smelling sort of a sooty smell for the last three or four days around town but I have not been able to identify a source. Has there been a structure fire in our area?

Hmmm... I'm wondering if that could be related to the crazy allergy attacks I've been having for the past 3-4 days. I tend to be mildly allergic to pollen, but this has been much worse -- and I do react quite strongly to smoke.

Has smelled like a refinery, IMO.

Thank you for starting this post. I thought it was just me. For the past couple of weeks I have smelled something "weird" in the air. I even smell it as far as Millburn Center sometimes.

Does anybody smell that "smell" in the air today?  I do.  It is such a weird smell and I can't put my finger on it.

It's the heads of the OhNoEMVK overheating as they try to think up more offensive ways to tilt at their windmills.
