Something happening on Valley Street?

Started to make my way to stop and shop - parker was pretty backed up and there were cones at Arnold Terrace - so I couldn't hop Valley there either.

Valley is closed from Roland to Arnold (or maybe Hixon) "until further notice."

hmm, maybe paving?  I tried calling buyrite to see if they had any info - no answer.

Probably surveyors doing the preliminary parameters for the new stop signs on Jefferson.
