SOMA Sings Classic Broadway Musicals

Our next sing along is scheduled! 

Tuesday, June 28th at 7:30pm at the Burgdorff Cultural Center, Maplewood.

Classic Broadway Musicals -those that were written and
premiered between 1920 and 1965, a period that includes the golden age
of musical theatre, before the emergence of the "rock musical." (Another session!)

SOMA Sings is a monthly-ish Community Sing Along for folks ages 16+.
Each gathering is centered on a theme. Songs within that theme will be
nominated and decided on SOMA Sings on Facebook. We will then gather and sing.
No rehearsal. No long term commitment. Just joyful singing! Simple as that.

This group is for anyone who enjoys singing. You can be a pro, or someone who usually only sings alone, or anything in between.
We are here to have fun and connect through song in the community.

There are no rehearsals. If you would like to know the song list ahead of time, we will post it with links to YouTube recordings on the Facebook group so you can listen and learn it if you are not already familiar with the songs.

You don't need to bring anything besides your voice. If you play
guitar and would like to play along, you can do so. Lyrics will be
provided and we will have a few copies of the music for any
instrumentalists.

We start at 7:30 and finish up around 9pm.
