Small Engine Mechanic

I have an old snow blower that needs some engine work - i think it is a valve problem. Does anybody know a good shop for something like this or, ideally, a mechanic who likes to do some side work? I think it is probably pretty straight forward to someone with the right tools.

Second for McManus. They'll come pick it up, too (though I assume any snowblower repair shop would.)
