Small Business Attorney

Hi All-

I'm looking for a local attorney to handle common small business/freelance needs including required state registration/licensing needs, contract review, and IRS communications.

I am a sole proprietor in the entertainment industry with mostly 1099 income.

I've tried to search the archives but have come up empty handed. Any recs (or links to old conversations) would be appreciated. I would like to - ideally - find someone in Maplewood or surrounding communities.
