Our beloved laundry (and other) helper (who was great) unfortunately has relocated out of town. Thus I am resurrecting this thread. It's a relatively easy job (folding only - no dirty laundry handling), great for a teen, young adult or retired person and pays $15 per hour.

In a former life (in another town), our housekeeper/nanny/mother's helper used to take care of our laundry (wash, machine dry / hang dry select items, fold, put away). Since we have too much work, kid activities, other stuff, etc, we get woefully behind on laundry and then it becomes an absurd timesuck. So does anyone know of someone who would come to our home once per week to perform laundry duties (for a household of 4)?
Our present housekeeper does not do laundry and Mrs. Lanky does not trust the quality of commercial / retail laundry services.
