Saddened at death Joe Ramaikas, Maplewood, condolences to his family & Cedar Ridge family

so sad to see on Facebook last night that Joe Ramaikas died while snorkeling in Hawaii.

I know him from the wonderful community he and his partner at Cedar Ridge, Paul Holtzman, created. What a great guy to talk with, share a smile, be welcomed by, and of course the delicious food! But as much as this humble man loved sharing the food he made, I believe he even more so stood for the community.

Deepest condolences to his wife and son, to the rest of his friends and family, Paul and the Cedar Ridge family.

He will be so missed, may his memory be a blessing.

So very saddened by this and my deepest condolences to his family and friends.  I met Joe just when he was opening the cupcake corral and he generously supplied mini cupcakes at cost for a community event.  A pleasure to work with . He will be missed.
