repair frayed window blind cord archived

We have a set of Smith & Noble horizontal wooden blinds and one has a frayed cord. They're still under warranty, but S & N won't repair the cord, they'll only replace the whole blind (trying to convince us to replace all six, since the new one won't match the old color!). We're looking for someone to do the repair, any suggestions??

They had everything I needed and fixing it myself was a no-brainer.
