PSEG Bill "Reviewers" Offering to Help

A heads up that these folks are going door to door.  I told the person I didn't have time to discuss my bill at this time - he was really rude and very aggressive - made me uncomfortable.

Did he show you any permit that he got from the town?

If you are suspicious or uncomfortable with this, call the police.  Could be a scam.

No, after I walked away I thought about that - I should of asked for a permit, curious to see if they have one or not.  If he didn't, then I could have reported him but didn't think it through that quickly.  I really didn't have time to talk but when I politely tried to explain that I was busy, that's when he got really pushy, acting almost offended and then pissed that I wouldn't give him my time.

Just wanted to give others a forewarning.  In Maplewood to answer the earlier question.

They were in West Orange last week. Came to our door and would not take no for an answer. My husband shut the door on them. My next door neighbor called the police, they did not have the necessary soliciation permit form our town. I fthey come to your door. Keep it closed and call your local police.

I make it a point to never open my door to someone that I don't know, saves me a ton of these kind of problems.
