ProPets/TKD Landlord at Valley and Third

Does anyone know the landlord for the building at Third and Valley that was the home to ProPets and is the home to the Tae Kwon Do place? A friend is interested in renting the space now that ProPets has moved. I'd love any info folks can share about contacting the landlord, experiences of past and present tenants, etc. Thanks so much!

so_newstead, ProPets is now Zen Pets, and the new address is 260 Valley - 973-761-6121.

I chatted with the staff at Pro Pets and got the impression that the landlord already has plans for the space.

Also, the building doesn't seem to be well maintained. Every time it would rain, they'd have to position mop buckets under the roof leaks.
