Private movie screening/party?

I am considering doing a birthday party/classic film screening. I remember attending a party like this years ago at Millburn's movie theatre before it changed owners...Has anyone done something like this recently at one of the area theatres?

we did this in March for my son's birthday at Millburn theatre. You just give them a dvd to play. We had a Harry Potter movie party.

this is a pretty common thing- most theaters do this for parties.
