Painting Classes for Adults

I'd like to go back to painting, and am looking for a local class. I'm not a complete beginner, but I don't know if I'm experienced enough for an intermediate class. I prefer oils. Any ideas of where to find good classes in the MAPSO area? Can anyone compare what I'd find at the Visual Arts Center in Summit vs. Montclair Art Museum vs. the Adult School etc. etc. Thank you!

Get the catalogs for the schools you are interested in and check out the work of the instructors. You can also google their names for images. It's a good idea to study with someone whose work you admire.
