Overnight parking at SO train station?

The son is going to the city for a coupla days and he might not be able to get rides to and from the SO station. Can you park overnight in the lot there? Or anywhere?

I have parked overnight in SO lot (not the NJ Transit lot) by calling the police department as it was after hours. You might want to call the Parking Authority to see if there are any options. I have found them to be helpful.

Generally speaking, I believe the rules say no, but I would definitely call the Parkig Authority and ask for permission

Not sure how multiple-day parking would work in a S.O. lot, as parking is charged by the hour. And in fairness, the spaces are intended for shoppers and day commuters. I'd just get a taxi or Uber to the station. But if the PA allows it, great.

Yeah, I guess calling is the best option. Wonder if Millburn is any better? Maplewood?
