Otter box Damage!!

I have an iPhone 6 and bought the Otterbox. I dropped my phone one time, from a seated position, so obviously not from a great height, and the corner of the Otterbox cracked and let the corner of my camera crack, too!!! My Otterbox is white, and you can see that it has never been dropped or scuffed. Other than this crack, my case is pristine. Does Otterbox offer any kind of guarantee to back up their pricey brand? What should I do?

I have an Otter Box and have dropped my phone probably thousands of times including throwing my phone on the floor as a demonstration. Still good as new. I'd contact the company as there must have been some sort of problem with the manufacturing of your case.

My otterbox also broke in the first month. Never thought to contact the company but you should definitely try. I replaced mine with a Griffin survivor. Bulky but has taken everything I and my kids have thrown at it and is good as new.
