Just read in MSN last night that Maplewood will have a new restaurant in the spring at 180 Maplewood Avenue. Evidently they have one in Montclair so this is a second. Sounds delicious.

A lot of tasty options on that list.  I want to try the pizza place in Rutherford when it opens.

oots: try it again. I followed the link just to see the article’s title, and got the whole article w/o any sign in. I’ve had a similiar experience with some other paywalls.

The "laboratory kitchen" is something I'd expect to read in a Gary Larson cartoon caption. 

I like that they have a lunch menu from Tuesday to Saturday (they're closed on Mondays). Menu looks interesting and lunch looks pretty affordable for my tastes.

So nice of them to name it after Luke's Kitchen, which lived up the street all those years ago.
