Nutritional Cleanse: yea or nay?

I've got my own biases and i know others do too, but I am especially interested in getting feedback from people who have done this. It's so expensive -- is it worth it? Hard to do?

Yea. For sure. I think I know the program your thinking of. I did it myself. It worked and it wasn't hard at all.

Expensive? Juice fasts are pretty cheap, as an example. What is it you have in mind?

I have just recently done this to help get rid of the last 15lbs that have been stuck on me.     I lost 60 on my own, but have been having a hard time with the last few stubborn pounds.  It was a last resort for me, as I've watched the scale not move for the past 2.5 years despite my "clean" diet and excercise routines, etc.... For me.. the cost was worth it, because it worked.    I don't push the product on anyone, and do not make $$ off it myself.   Now, I'm doing a modified version, as I actually do like the product, and find that it's helping me in other areas.

And no, not hard to do at all

Are these the standard three day cleanse?

Curious about this.  Can folks post the cleanses they like?

I do Isagenix.    Basically, it's 2 meal replacement shakes per day, breakfast and then either lunch or dinner.   You are allowed snacks and a 400-600 calorie healthy meal.    It wasn't much different then what I was already doing, I just added another shake into my day.     I was already doing a smoothie/shake for breakfast as it was.  Lunch is typically my main meal of the day, and I do a shake again at night while I'm getting my little ones ready for bed.

Which one do you do?

How long did you do it to lose that last 15?

I have a lot more to lose and, while I don't think this is the way to keep it off longterm, I would love to detoxify and jumpstart the process.
