Newark Bike Exchange - Re-opened?

I know the Newark Bike Exchange closed due to a flood/lose of space in late 2015.  Has it re-opened and if so where?  Looking online, it appears to not be open but just checking if anyone is in the know.

And to close this out, the facility never re-opened.
