Trump goes on and on from his throne and Christie, who is supposed to be asking him questions, is just sitting there.
Sitting there on the stage Christie looked like a cross between Shamu the whale and a pregnant pig.
On a more serious note (sorry!), does anybody know how he gets away with making all these personal trips on NJ taxpayers' money? I can maybe understand the security, but everything else should be charged to his personal job search expenses.

Christie's response is that as far as he's concerned it's all legal, and if you don't like it, why don't you run for office and change it.

Tom, Mr. Ml1's comment was reflecting what was actually said by our dear Governor, himself.
“You want to change that, run for office and change that."

There's even a class on Christie at SHU:
"Matthew Hale, a Seton Hall University political science professor who is
currently teaching a class on Christie, said the governor has had a
propensity to “nickel and dime” other government agency spending in New
Jersey during his tenure. In fact, it was Christie who in 2011 used
rarely exercised gubernatorial veto powers to reject a $37,500 lobbying contract
that had been previously approved by the Delaware River Port Authority.
He also vetoed the actions of several other authorities, accusing them
of wasteful spending.
And more recently he’s called the local government in cash-strapped
Atlantic City a “mess” as he’s pressed for a state takeover of the
resort’s finances."

Mary Pat Christie ought to get her job back so that Governor Downgrade can stop shining Trump's shoes and getting kicked to the curb in public. Yeah, you folks remember Christie? The Twitter Hostage? The guy who used to work at the Statehouse? "Now get your effing shine box, Christie!"

kthnry, my stomach just started to heal from laughing so hard last week at Christie's Hostage Moment in Florida with Trump. And then you give us Chris-Trump. I think I have a hernia.
And the meter's still running.

Trump must have lied to Christie and told him he could actually interview him. Then Trump wouldn't shut up.
Christie missed an NJ State Trooper's funeral for this trip, which doesn't sit well with a lot of people. And aren't Republicans the ones thumping their chests about being pro-law enforcement?
And Trump is openly mocking Christie. OMG.

New York Daily News: Christie Skips Trooper's Funeral to be with Trump

"NJ Senate Majority Leader Loretta Weinberg pointed out that the troopers protecting Christie on the road were also forced to miss the funeral. 'Their responsibility was to take care of him so he could sit on a stage with Donald Trump,' Weinberg said.

I will give a wisdom tooth to have seen what Christie's face looked like as Trump dissed him!

I hope if he becomes President Trump he brings his babysitter with him everywhere he goes. Christie keeps him steady????? When Trump wound around in his perseverative speech to the wall (he seemed to think it was time for audience participation) all hell broke loose in the audience and it looked like King Trump and His Consigliere were schpritzing in their easy chairs! With four American flags behind them, Trump and his latest bromance looked like the buffoons they are.
