New business at Academy and Second

I was driving by today, and noticed that the abandoned realtor office on Academy across from the Spa Lady mini-mall is under construction. Anyone know what is going in there? It looked like a major renovation was underway

Glad to hear that. They had been stop and start for a couple of years over there.

Drove past again today and they are actually working on two buildings, on the corner of Academy and 2nd, the old realtor office on Academy and the house on 2nd right next to it. Almost looks like they are trying to make it into one large building

Are they? I thought the house on 2nd and the office on Academy were separate structures, but I have never looked closely.
