Need someone to check our two central AC's!

We've been here 3 years and have yet to have our two central Air Conditioners cleaned/checked. They SEEM to be working but we're I'm sure somewhat pushing our luck and would appreciate any recommendations of someone affordable, and who will not try to "upsell" us on completely getting a new system, etc. (ours is 16 years old, but the previous owner didn't use it all the time). Thanks for any advice!!

All Season's Air (it's one owner, and possibly one partner -- I'm blanking on the owner's name right now) have given me free advice over the phone about our central AC and hot water heater, and is helping us maintain our 18-yr old AC/forced air units - and preparing us for how to update them in the next few years, and the way we may want to stagger each piece needing updating (including the chimney) to meet new codes, yet not break the bank.

I'm also a fan that he vacuums the utility room after completing the work. I think our last cleaning/check/ was in the $300's per unit (which included adding Freon, removing rust and coating the rusting areas, improving the track for the filters to slide in and out, so the filters no longer wobble, reducing vibration of our fan, which was also wobbling, etc.). And no upsell of anything.

Phone number: (973) 736-3006

(Note that the number really is '736', which is Parsippany, and has the digits switched around from the '763' of SOMA.)

FYI: Don't use Weltman. They charge about double of anyone else, AND try to upsell you on new stuff and/or their maintenance plans.

I'm only posting this, because I literally just had a discussion with a coworker who just replaced his 17 year old central AC units (out of fear that he was pushing his luck too) and he claims that his electricity bill was cut in half.  He's made no renovations to his home.  Guess the newer systems are that much more energy efficient.
