Need a team of house cleaners that are FAST but GOOD

I have had a lovely house cleaner for years that takes 6-8 hours to clean oury teeny house and she's finally retiring . We have to make a change to a much quicker option. Our house is about 1500 square feet and we have 2 dogs and 2 cats. Any teams recommended?
