Missing: Elderly man with Alzheimer's, Maplewood

From the Maplewood Police Dept. at 11:28 p.m.:

Alert: Elderly male white male 84 yoa, alzheimers missing from the 400 block of Ridgewood Rd 09/30/2015 driving NJ reg SKN15V 2005 Lexus RX wagon

Any word on whether he's been seen?

That is awful. Hope he is found safely asap. Did the family or police release the color of the car?

Photo? In case he left the car and is walking around?

I saw this: The Village Green Update from the Maplewood Police Department: the man has been located and is in good health.

That's a relief, thank you. I hope someone lets the family know about the GPS tags the Alzheimer's Association suggests for situations like this. (Can be fixed to any clothes, or worn as wristbands etc)

Combined with hiding the car keys?

There are wristwatches and sneakers with imbedded GPS trackers. I thought of those for Mom, but we were already past that point. Glad he is safe.
