Martian - 3D or Not D

"The Martian" is at SOPAC in 3D and not 3D. Has anyone seen either? Which version do you recommend?

We saw it in 3D but its hard to say if the movie would lose something in 2D. There are no huge special effects but the 3D definitely makes you feel a part of the movie if that makes sense. Either way...enjoy! Its a great movie.

Interesting about the law suit, but it doesn't answer my question.

I also saw it in 3D but it didn't really feel like a typical 3D movie so I think 2D is fine. I absolutely loved it.

Brother and young nephew saw it in 2D, loved it.

Saw it in 3D, loved it, but it was great movie. Probably fine either way
