Agreed. Problem is low water pressure resulting from the water main break.
Curious. Why would low water pressure close an already full pool? Because of the bathrooms? couldn't they get porta-johns?
I know it is beyond their control, but on a hot day like this I'd be lying if I didn't say I was a wee bit frustrated by this.
Isn't there also a state health code regulation about having to shower before entering the pool? If water pressure isn't strong enough for the showers, that could also be a contributing factor.
Bathroom, food prep, fire hydrants- plenty of reasons they'd be compelled to close.
