Many more of the residents of Winchester Gardens, wanted to attend the planning board meeting, but because of physical limitations unable to do so. I think it is very important Mayor Vic DeLuca follows up with a meeting of the residents at Winchester Gardens who were unable to make the planning committee meeting. I know many are unhappy with the new plans, and eventually will be paying for the improvements when their rents and fees increase.

Nice to see Vic doing this, but isn't the town's obligation vis a vis any proposed changesrather limited here?
