Manhattan/Hoboken Shortterm Apt/Room Needed

Anyone know an an apartment/room sublet houseit or other for 10/1=12/15 or any portion thereof? Manhattan or Hoboken? Could even be 11/1. Nice, clean young man who I can personally vouch for with the utmost confidence! Leasing schedules are just a bit off. Needs just a room to call his own for this period of time. Near public transit.
