Looking for Fall business casual shoe recs

I've got new custom orthotics and now need to buy a new pair of business casual shoes for work. Besides taking the orthotic, the shoe also needs to be comfortable enough to walk around NYC in so I don't have to lug a 2nd pair of shoes with me. I'd love to know of any such shoes with which you have had success. Thanks.
