Looking for Cell Phone advice regarding where to purchase for best deal and service - Please!

Thanks in advance for any suggestions. By service in the title I mean Customer Service. Couldn't figure out how to edit title. First I have TMobile as a carrier and want to stick with them so the phone needs to be TMobile compatible. Second, I want a Samsung (Android). But that's all I care about for the most part. I have the crappiest LG phone because I didn't at the time want to give up my keyboard but know I'm ready. I would rather have an older model Samsung Galaxy that still allows memory cards and I believe the old S4 might have even been water resistant. I would also like one compatible with NextRadio (that allows one to bring back the old FM radio tuner on many phones) but that's not a deal breaker. Buying through TMobile only gives me newer refurbished models and I don't think TMobile's prices are the best in any event. So which sites are best? Going through Amazon? Ebay? And just look for respected sellers? Thanks again for any suggestions!

Bumping this along the cellular road....

I purchased an S4 (TMobile branded and new) at a good price with free shipping (and no sales tax) from B&H Photo-Video. Still would like to hear online suggestions but my immediate needs are taken care of.

Sounds like you did well. It's a well regarded model.

Thanks for the comment Tom! Where do you generally purchase your cell phones by the way?

It's hard to generalize, since I buy them so infrequently. I bought an iphone by calling AT&T on the phone in 2010. I bought its replacement -- another iphone -- earlier this year at an AT&T store. The stores associated with the carriers seem decent. They are usually independently owned, so you are supporting a local business. B&H is known for giving solid values, too.
