Can anyone recommend a good realtor on LBI for a summer vacation rental? I think we need professional help. We are two families who like to vacation together in a two-unit house, but unfortunately the house we used to rent has sold to a new owner. Thanks for any guidance!

Hey, I have a patch of sand down in Holgate, on the tip with views of AC.

Well it was a nice place before Sandy hit and washed it all out to sea.

But I have the patch of sand. Got Tents, want to rent?

From an owner perspective, we have never had luck using realtors on LBI. We book our full season through VRBO.com. Sorry I can't otherwise help. Ours is a single family home (sleeps 8).

We have worked with Dolores Bowden at Island Realty for 6 years she's the best and manages their Barnegat Light office please tell her Steve Berkelhammer the dog walker referred her.
