Mara''s in South Orange has plenty of space and fairly large tables. They also have WiFi if you need it.
Go closer to them - maybe Paramus or Westwood? There's Tom Sawyer Diner in Paramus or Westwood Diner (check current reviews on both).

I have a face-to-face meeting with partners for a prospective business deal coming up in a few weeks, and I've been asked to find a place "to meet for coffee", as they put it, for this meeting. It will take place at 11 am, so I'm thinking a nice diner would be good. I'm looking foe a place between Englewood or Demarest and Maplewood. Any suggestions>
