Just wanted to add. Looked up this thread for a door issue. Called Harder. Came right over and fixed the door, and explained everything along the way. Gave me some advice on other door issues for me to take care of myself. Nice guy and definitely worth the price.

Not sure if the link has changed or if you were just kidding but A-Ok is in Canada and the guy was a real tool at that.
