Large Donation of Furniture ASAP (NY State)

We are trying to finish up clearing out my aunt's condo. I tried to set up a pick up with the Salvation Army, but due to the large amount of furniture (basically a small apartment's worth) they cannot pick up until November. We cannot wait that long. We also cannot deliver. Are there any other charities in the Suffern NY area that anyone knows of who would be willing to come pick up? Even if we get 1/3 of the stuff picked up it means keeping it out of a landfill, which is our real goal.

If you just want to get it to anyone that can use it, you can post on Freecycle.....you have to list specific items and privately arrange for people to pick it up..you could do it by group...such as ALL bedroom furniture (bed, dressers) all dining room, living room set...and specify preference is given to someone that can take the whole set.

You can also host a free for all 'estate sale' many freecycle groups have a partner groups where you could post something like that.

also, many communities have local facebook 'garage sale' pages

Is there a habitat for humanity in the area? That's who took all my mom's furniture that we didn't want.
