It's less than a percentage point with 91% in.

Someone is eking out a win tonight. If it's Saccone the Republicans should be relieved but worried about the November election. If it's Lamb the Republicans should be worried about the November election.
Remember Trump won this district by 20 points.
Also remember the Democrats had to put forward a pro-gun pro-life candidate.

Not from this article. Its the kind of response you will hear from Chris Matthews or Biden. The response is that he is a Catholic and believes life begins at conception but that he would follow the law.
This whole count is so fishy. With Saccone creeping up like this, i find it really, really, wierd. There are over 6,000 absentee ballots according to John King on CNN. Kornacki's being a little flaky.
This won't be done until the morning, because of the counting of absentee ballots.
PA recount rules, per @stevebruskCNN: No mandatory recount; petitions are allowed, and they'd have five days after each county completes its computation.
It ain't gonna be over tonight. Absentee military ballots have until next Tuesday to arrive and be counted. This is close enough that those ballots and the absentee ballots that are in possession of the officials, can swing the election either way.
I suspect most absentee military ballots will be Republican.
Officials do not plan to open absentee ballots tonight. So go back to tv, walk the dog or whatever else you would do.
Absentee ballots won't be finished until.tomorrow! Allegheny absentee ballots will be counted before midnight.

Steve Kornacki is suggesting that most will be counted by midnight. 9 precincts coming in 20 minutes.
Both CNN and MSNBC are making the point that absentee ballots in PA went to Clinton by a 4% margin, in 2016.

Who will win this one? Aside from the overwhelming number of Dems on MOL rooting for another seat, Lamb couldn't be a nicer guy and Saccone couldn't be more creepy. He said last night that his adversaries hate Trump, the United States and God. Quite a sweeping generalization.
