Kitchen and bathroom remodeling

I've used Tico's to finish my attic (after firing two other contractors), rebuild my garage, and a renovate a bathroom.  Jorge is easy to work with and the prices are fair.

Jarek, Clayton, and Bob Hume have been mentioned numerous times on MOL as doing good work.  Henry's, Persaud, Kasden, and Thompson have been mentioned as well for doing good work.

Expect to pay around 20k to 35K for a bathroom renovation and 35K to 60K for kitchen renovation.  Pricing depends upon size of the room and finishes (i.e. porcelain subway tile vs marble, Ikea cabinets vs wood inset cabinets), electrical, and plumbing.  Finally, due to our good friend, Covid, getting materials is a PITA and you should make sure you have all your materials before the contractor starts.
