Juneteenth and/or July 4th Fireworks?

I seem to recall that Maplewood and South Orange are alternating these. (i.e. if SO has Juneteenth fireworks, then Maplewood has July 4th and vice versa.) Is that correct? What else is happening in the two towns for these two upcoming holidays?

Partially correct.  Juneteenth fireworks are alternated between the two towns.  Maplewood has Juneteenth fireworks this year. However, I have heard that Maplewood will also have 4th of July fireworks this year.  I would check with Community Services at Town Hall to verify.
