ISO real estate lawyer

We are being presented with a contract for the sale of our house in Maplewood, and I would like a lawyer to read it over, and hopefully approve our signing it, and then see us through the rest of the process. Would like to spend $1500 or less, not sure what is typical. Can you recommend anyone whom you have used if you are a seller, or if you are a RE agent, someone whom you trust? Thank you.

eta: I forget the exact cost, but it's a flat rate for closing/sell and another closing/buy (it sounds like yours is a single transaction, but we did both)
