ISO of Pest Control Reco

My wife spotted a Roof Rat that came into our house, would love to know any recommendation for a pet exterminator. We saw it in our living room and went into the radiator area. It's hard to imagine how it came into the house since there are no discernible areas for entry and we haven't ever seen droppings. Hoping the exterminator can help seal off any areas of entries too.

Also, separately, if there's an exterminator that can help with bugs but uses environmentally safe ways to get rid of them (wife is pregnant) would be great too.
