ISO (Casual) Restaurant Very Close to Grand Central Station

ISO casual restaurant very close to Grand Central. Meeting a friend for lunch tomorrow who has difficulty walking. Decent food but place needs to be very casual (friend needs to wear sneakers.)

Oyster Bar. It's *in* grand central.

 there is Pershing square on 42nd - right across from GCS.  

And there is Cafe Centro on 45th street - you just go up escalator in main room at GCS and walk thru the Met Life building (ok, Pan-Am building for anyone over 50).  This is the place I usually go to.

The is a large food court on the lower level in GCS.

Naples 45, i have breakfast meetings there all the time, often morph to lunch. Little loud, but food is good and good service. North side of the building as you come out of the train station.
