Never used but the ads mention licensed sitters in their own homes.

Unfortunately, the regulations cannot be amended until they expire

I would imagine that your homeowners insurance would go bats##t crazy if they heard you were boarding dogs. What if someone gets bit?

This is the third person that I know that had to stop the pet sitting business due to problems with laws and licenses.
Holidays are approaching and I'm in need of a new pet sitter. I went to websites with millions of people near me, pet sitters all over the area, but I'm afraid of leaving my dogs with someone that is not allowed to board dogs. These online sites do not provide information such as if the sitter is licensed or not.
There are also several pet sitters signs at Brookdale Dog Park, which one is legal? As far I'm concern, Montclair does not allowed this type of services in private homes
Any information about this matter?
