Fernandez - get the Rodizio.
Absolutely. Or the steak on a roof tile - they bring it to your table, sizzling on an inverted ceramic tile (the kind on Spanish roofs, that's like an oblong arch). They put compound butter on it as it finishes cooking, and the put it on your plate with the juices and the butter making a sauce.
We've enjoyed the rodizio at both Fernandes and Brasilia Grill. The former was more polished, somewhat cramped and so loud it was hard to hear ourselves at a table for four; the latter was roomier, quieter (at least the night we went) and furnished like a Sizzler from the '70s. As I recall, the bar of salads and sides at Brasilia was worth two or three trips, while I didn't feel a need to return to the one at Fernandes.
(These aren't complaints -- just the biggest differences that struck us. The meat and service met expectations at both places, and we left equally stuffed and happy.)
