please place him on a soft cloth in a small box with air holes punched in the box and take him out to The Raptor Trust. It's about 30 minutes from SOMA. http://www.raptortrust.com
They help all types of birds.
If you've never been there - it's a really cool place!
is he still alive/around? I can take him to the raptor trust tomorrow. Email me. Joy.yagid@gmail.com.
you can drop it off 24/7....there is an unlocked office area with cat carriers....they have heating pads under them and instructions on what to do....

found this guy on the ground and picked him up and moved him to a more secure location, but he is not moving, wings seem ok since he extended them while i was carrying him, his right leg might be hurt maybe but he was able to hold on to my hand without issues... What is the best thing to do?
