Independent Evaluation recommendations?

Can anyone recommend a hospital for an independent evaluation for special needs? Much appreciated.

Are you talking about a neuropsych evaluation? 

What kind of evaluation?  Child or Adult?  Was an evaluation done already?  By who (school district, doctor, etc)

If you are looking for an evaluation for a school age child in order to get special needs classification/determination, we used Ilyse O'Desky in Millburn. I noticed some other families have recommended her also. If you are not kind of evaluation you are looking for, you might take a quick look at this explanation of a pediatric neuropsych eval. I realize you might be looking for an adult.
