I loved Wilber's when they did our kitchen, which included a skim coat of plaster. I'm not sure if they are one of the companies where it depends on which crew you get... I have had that happen with other painting companies that got high marks on MOL.
But our experience with Wilber's was great.
We used Mark Tirandola for our stucco home about 4 years ago and were very pleased. We spoke to a number of painters but Tirandola's seemed to specialize in stucco and we were impressed with other stucco homes we saw that they had done. They also used a different prep method than the others we spoke to. I no longer remember the details. And we got a 10-year warranty on the stucco portions. So far ours still looks very good. PM me for my address if you'd like to take a look.
We also used Mark Tirondola for our stucco. We only had to paint some of it but what they painted has held up
Stucco should not need to be painted, unless it was painted in the past. We just had our unpainted stucco house cleaned, and it looks great.
Agreed--but some of ours was painted and some had repairs where the color was a little off. We only painted where necessary.
Ours had already been painted, and our house is something like 100 years old, so we didn't really have a choice about that.
