Holy CRAP?! Horse poop!?

Imagine my HORROR when at memorial park hill my 3 y.o. walked over with two brown tennis balls, one in each hand, a couple days ago. (Okay they weren't the size of tennis balls, but relatively speaking given the size of a 3 y.o. hands)

Seems there was a pony ride here recently, but the folks that "rented" the space, left some of their "trash BEHIND."

I see the twp installed "please clean up after your dog" bag stations, which is very cool! Maybe the alstede farms pony people can come back and please use some of these?

Beware there is lots of horse poop all around different locations between the bushes and trees and the like (as well as broken bottles/glass too around the sole garbage can at the bottom of the hill.

Good luck navigating this mine field

Make sure your child washes hands before dinner. With soap.

So there's free manure available in Memorial Park.  If we cross post this under plants/gardening, gardeners might want it.

ETA - it is disgusting that they didn't clean up after the event.

For some reason, goose poop bothers me more than horse poop.  And it's ubiquitous.

Because it's nasty and slimy and you don't see it until you've stepped in it.

Me too. Though the geese weren't brought by a company that failed to do a proper job in returning the space to the condition, or in better condition, in which they found it.

I'm sorry if I didn't express the proper level of outrage.  I'll try to do better in the future.

Can the Township retain the deposit because of the deposit that was left behind?
